Responsibilities

Lead and direct multiple branch operations across the New Orleans market
Build, develop, and retain a high-performing technical field service organization
Oversee service delivery including:
Installations
Preventative maintenance programs
Equipment upgrades and system enhancements
Sales support for new service offerings
Establish and grow long-term customer relationships with key accounts
Drive strategies that consistently meet or exceed:
Revenue targets
Profitability goals
Productivity benchmarks
Customer satisfaction metrics
Recruit, coach, and develop leaders and frontline employees
Improve employee engagement and reduce turnover through strong leadership and accountability
Manage a $6.1M–$10M budget, 2–3 cost centers, and 6–10 direct reports
Overall span of control: 20–50 employees
Partner closely with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to align district strategy
Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as needed

Required

High School Diploma or GED with 7+ years of relevant experience
OR
Bachelor's Degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience
Prior management experience required
Proven experience leading operations in a service, technical, or field-based environment

Preferred

Experience with sales strategy and customer development
Knowledge of annual operating plans and long-range planning
Strong background managing: Profit & Loss, Cost control, Inventory and operational KPIs
Exposure to commercial equipment or technical service environments
Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
