Associate Partner Manager (East)

The Associate Partner Manager will nurture relationships with regional partners, drive growth through the Armis SELECT Partner Program, and align partner activities with regional sales goals.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of regional partners, ensuring they are fully trained on the Armis Centrix™ value proposition and the Armis Select Partner Program
Drive proactive outbound activities with partners to identify new customer opportunities. Coordinate joint "Lunch and Learns," webinars, and sales blitzes, etc
Oversee the deal registration process, ensuring partners follow the rules of engagement and assisting them through the sales cycle to close, as well as ensuring all opportunities are properly tagged within the region
Work closely with Territory Account Managers and Regional Partner Managers to ensure partner activities align with regional sales goals
Monitor partner KPIs, including pipeline health, certification completion, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Stay current on the competitive landscape (IT/OT/IoT/IoMT security) to help partners position Armis as the #1 Cyber Exposure Management solution
Work with RPM and Sales to create a list of target partners for the region and manage the process of recruiting those as well as any inbound partners
Manage all non-focus partners within a region and build business plans, where appropriate, as well as be the initial point of contact for day-to-day activities
Work closely with partner on sales in non-named accounts in our Growth territories
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in Channel Sales, Inside Sales, or Partner Management within the SaaS or Cybersecurity industry
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade partners at all levels
A proactive 'Owner, not passenger' mindset. You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen
Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, specifically around asset intelligence and the 'agentless' security model
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partner accounts and tasks simultaneously without losing focus
Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools
