Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and support our SCOM monitoring environment
Design and create monitoring dashboards and reports for different teams, including leadership
Identify and help fix issues with servers, applications, and network devices using SCOM
Automate routine tasks and responses to common alerts using tools like PowerShell
Work with other IT teams to ensure monitoring meets the needs of the business
Help improve our monitoring systems to be more efficient and effective

Qualification

Microsoft SCOMPowerShell scriptingWindows ServerLinux/UnixIT infrastructureProblem-solvingCommunication skills

Required

Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SCOM
Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems
Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation
Good understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, applications)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work onsite in Durham, NC three days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu)
