Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
Draft briefs, motions, pleadings, and written responses
Assist trial attorneys with litigation strategy and case preparation
Support active cases through all phases of litigation
Collaborate closely with partners and team members in a boutique firm environment
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of litigation experience
Active Texas Bar admission (required)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong computer and legal research technology skills
Preferred
Experience with personal injury and/or commercial litigation
