Responsibilities

Act as the central hub for the client relationship, orchestrating communication between the client’s stakeholders and Foresite’s internal delivery teams to ensure service alignment
Proactively monitor and manage client health metrics. You will conduct regular business reviews to ensure Foresite’s MSSP services are meeting KPIs and maintaining high satisfaction levels
Own the renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts. You will identify 'at-risk' signs early and develop strategic mitigation plans to ensure long-term retention
Deeply understand your clients' evolving security needs to identify opportunities where additional Foresite services or Google SecOps features can provide further value
Translate client business goals into actionable security roadmaps, ensuring our MSSP delivery remains aligned with their long-term compliance and protection objectives
Advocate for Mid-Market specific needs within Foresite, providing feedback to help refine our managed service offerings and customer experience

Qualification

Customer Success ManagementManaged Security ServicesGoogle Cloud PlatformRelationship ManagementAnalytical SkillsCommunication SkillsProblem-Solving Skills

Required

3+ years in customer success or account management, specifically managing a portfolio of Mid-Market clients within the cybersecurity or SaaS space
Solid understanding of managed security services, including the value proposition of SIEM and SOAR concepts
Expert at building rapport with mid-level management and executive stakeholders (CISO/IT Director)
Ability to interpret account health data to drive proactive outreach and problem-solving

Preferred

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google SecOps is a significant plus
