Responsibilities

Design, plan, and execute internal events that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement
Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across internal channels, such as monthly digests, team meetings, organizational announcements, and intranet stories
Collaborate with key internal partners in Communications, Business Management, Marketing, and other stakeholders to maximize event impact and alignment with business priorities
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess event effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of experience managing corporate events and internal communications
Ability to develop and execute effective event plans and communication strategies tailored to multi-discipline stakeholder audiences
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated storytelling ability to simplify complex topics and craft compelling narratives on event initiatives that support business goals
Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
Analytical and strategic mindset, skilled in problem-solving and solution development
Flexible and empathetic approach to seeking improvement opportunities and finding solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective partnerships across teams and stakeholders

Preferred

Experience utilizing AI tools or technologies to improve project management and event execution
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement new technologies within event or communications functions
Experience mentoring and developing team members to achieve project innovation and support professional growth
