Responsibilities

Create, update, and manage property brochures, flyers, signage, and tour books

Support brokers in developing pitch books, BOVs (Broker Opinion of Value), offering memorandums, pitch decks and client presentations

Manage and update property listings on CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and internal databases

Coordinate open houses, including invitations, logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional materials

Enhance and edit property photos and digital assets for marketing use

Create and manage property email campaigns and social media posts to promote properties and brokerage initiatives

Process agency agreements, deal sheets, and lien waivers

Track contract dates and maintain due diligence materials for transactions

Assist in market research, including tax, mortgage, demographic, and comp data

File sharing, tracking, and general brokerage administrative support

Support mapping needs for property analysis and presentations

Other duties as assigned to support brokerage operations

Required

2-3+ years of experience in administrative, marketing, or brokerage support

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred

Experience in commercial real estate

Experience with CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Constant Contact, LandVision, and experience with filesharing tools, mapping software and CRM platforms, a plus
