Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy for the S/4HANA program
Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations
Drive communication planning, leadership alignment, and end-user engagement
Support business process changes, operating model alignment, and change adoption activities
Monitor change readiness and proactively address resistance or adoption risks
Coordinate with Training and PMO teams to ensure seamless business transition
Qualification
Required
Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for SAP S/4HANA implementations
Strong communication skills
Ability to conduct change impact assessments
Experience in stakeholder analysis
Skills in engagement and readiness evaluations
Proven track record in driving communication planning
Experience in leadership alignment
Ability to support business process changes
Experience in operating model alignment
Skills in monitoring change readiness
Ability to address resistance or adoption risks
Experience coordinating with Training and PMO teams
