Arbalett is recruiting for a fast-scaling US DTC e-commerce brand in the sleep & wellness space. The Senior Creative Strategist will own growth, creative strategy, funnels, and paid performance in the US market, aiming to evolve the brand from a mono-product to a dominant DTC sleep brand.

Responsibilities

Analyze the market
Design winning angles
Build and optimize high-converting funnels
Lead creative execution
Scale aggressively but profitably on US paid traffic
Define the full US growth strategy : positioning, angles, offers, funnels, channels
Scale paid acquisition across Meta (Andromeda), TikTok, Google, YouTube
Manage a multi-million dollar annual ad budget
Own core KPIs: CPA, MER, ROAS, AOV, LTV, retention
Identify new audiences, creatives, offers and leverage points continuously
Define winning angles, hooks, narratives and UGC concepts
Analyze and benchmark top US players and creatives
Lead the creative direction for:
VSLs
UGC → LP → Upsell flows
Native Ads (Taboola / Outbrain / Newsbreak style)
Advertorial funnels
Quiz funnels
Long-form landing pages
Build and manage a structured creative testing roadmap
Turn performance data into clear creative insights that drive iteration
Design and optimize high-converting funnels
Run structured A/B tests (pages, offers, flows)
Improve CVR, AOV and LTV based on real data
Ensure funnel logic is aligned with creative promises
Transition from mono-product to multi-product sleep ecosystem
Co-create brand messaging, positioning and visual direction
Support product roadmap decisions using market & performance insights
Ensure consistency between growth, brand and long-term trust
Act as the growth & creative lead for the company
Lead and challenge creatives (copywriter, editors, media buyer)
Work in direct collaboration with the founder and strategic advisor
Bring an owner mindset : if it impacts growth, you take responsibility

Required

Be US-based and understand US consumer psychology deeply
Have 5+ years of DTC e-commerce experience
Have scaled brands to 7–8 figures (real numbers, real proof)
Be comfortable managing multi-million dollar ad budgets
Think direct response first, always validated by data
Understand funnels, creatives, media buying and offer mechanics
Be able to analyze, structure and execute — not just 'give ideas'
Be proactive, fast, structured and accountable
Tools you should master: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, Klaviyo (or equivalent), Notion, Slack
Mindset: Ownership, speed, clarity, high standards, zero ego, constant testing
