Responsibilities

Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers

Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell

Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders

Working with Outside Sales Representatives

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications

Knowing competitor products

Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries

Completing daily paperwork

Qualification
