Client Services Associate
Toler Financial Group is a small independent wealth management and financial planning firm seeking a Client Services Associate to assist in helping clients achieve their financial goals. The role involves supporting clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and accurately, while working closely with internal teams to provide excellent service and manage client inquiries.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client phone and email inquiries, requests, and service needs
Support financial advisors in daily client service activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing client materials, and processing transactions
Support client onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly
Support clients with transactions, service changes, or account adjustments as needed
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for enhanced service
Qualification
Required
1–3 years work experience in client services and/or administrative support, required; prior experience in financial services, preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/years of experience, required
Strong alignment with Toler Financial Group's mission and values
Ability to commute daily to the Toler Financial Group office in Silver Spring, MD
Clean background check
Authorized to work in the United States
