Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing cross-functional and collaborative projects
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Experience working on Salesforce Service Cloud projects
Preferred
Agile or UX certifications are a plus
