Responsibilities
Monitor all inbound and outbound transmission. Coordinate and test all EDI implementations with new EDI partners
Manage service calls and work orders to provide technical support to resolve any issues and maintain processes that manage inbound and outbound data
Coordinate with new Trading Partners to set up new processes and provide optimal level of customer services
Analyze current implementation to make recommendations for improvements and assist with adding documentation of existing and new trading partnership setups
Understand EDI mapping documents and prepare all test data, manage all communication with trading partners and assist to produce all operational documents for end users
Qualification
Required
EDI support: 5 + years
Good verbal as well as written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client needs
Ability to relate or explain technical information to non-industry personnel
Excellent time management skills
Preferred
SAP Experience
Proficient in Excel
Jira, Confluence experience (Good to have)
Experience in PHP, SQL (Good to have)
4-year college degree is strongly preferred
Computer Science degree is preferred. (Good to have)
