Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and sustaining engineering support in injection molding manufacturing operations
Involve in process development, optimization, and validation of injection molding systems
Work closely with design, development, and manufacturing teams to enhance efficiency, yield, and process robustness
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in developing, optimizing, and validating injection molding processes
Strong understanding and application of data-driven molding techniques to ensure process stability and repeatability
Hands-on experience with RJG Co-Pilot system and setting up DC2 and DC3 processes (mandatory requirement)
