Responsibilities

Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research using mixed methods, including qualitative interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and quantitative analysis

Translate complex user insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product direction and design decisions

Collaborate cross-functionally to define research goals, align on success metrics, and ensure insights are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle

Advocate for user needs by synthesizing findings into compelling narratives, presentations, and artifacts for diverse stakeholders
