Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders regularly
Lead project meetings, facilitate collaboration among team members, and resolve conflicts promptly
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Strong knowledge of project management tools and software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
Familiarity with cloud platforms
Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols
Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes
