The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance patient recruitment, retention, and engagement through innovative AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI/ML/GenAI solutions to optimize clinical trial operations (e.g., recruitment, retention, real-time monitoring, automated data systems)
Lead the creation of generative AI tools for automated clinical documentation (medical reports, study protocols, patient narratives)
Drive digital healthcare applications for real-world evidence (RWE), patient engagement, and medical/scientific tools
Design predictive models and AI solutions using diverse healthcare data (clinical trials, EHR, wearables, patient-reported outcomes, HEOR, Phase IV studies)
Collaborate with clinical operations, data science, medical affairs, and RWE groups to deliver AI-driven solutions
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, researchers, regulators, and AI technology partners
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements
Facilitate knowledge sharing across data science and R&D teams
Qualification
Required
Strong programming in Python, R or similar, with expertise in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Hands-on experience with Generative AI/LLM architectures and NLP for medical text analysis
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), version control, and MLOps deployment
Strong stakeholder collaboration and adaptability to healthcare-specific AI challenges
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or related field
7–10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years applying AI/ML in healthcare or clinical research
Preferred
Experience in digital healthcare tool design/development strongly preferred
