Responsibilities
Support and lead implementation of category profiles and strategies for assigned IT categories
Identify cost-reduction opportunities and create value through strategic sourcing
Update category strategies annually or as business conditions change
Develop, execute, and manage global/regional sourcing events and supplier negotiations
Lead projects impacting multiple functions and regions, ensuring timely delivery
Drive contract awards and support supplier enablement and buying channel implementation
Manage ongoing supplier relationships and performance reviews
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers and stakeholders
Execute continuous cost improvement programs and supplier development plans
Ensure contract compliance and resolve supplier-related issues
Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities
Serve as the IT procurement expert for sourcing, negotiations, and contracting
Build trust with senior leadership and act as a trusted advisor
Inspire confidence through accountability, timely delivery, and relationship-building
Approximately 15% travel
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred
MBA, CPSM, CPM, Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
