Responsibilities
Review contracts and determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment in accordance with ASC 606
Perform month-end close tasks, review variance reports, validate deferred and unbilled balances
Process client invoices and maintain support documentation
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues relating to billing account reconciliations
Assist with ad-hoc projects, reporting and inquiries as required
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, or related finance operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems – Oracle preferred
Experience within a corporate accounting environment is preferred
