Through consumer and athlete insights, you will identify key trends that translate into meaningful performance products, shaping the future of golf apparel
You'll need a distinct ability to respond to business objectives with creative design solutions rooted in consumer insights. Your role will involve bringing seasonal creative direction to life through apparel design while considering performance, innovation, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft, sport culture, and performance, while honoring the brand's legacy and future impact
We seek a curious, motivated, and innovative designer who explores new methods of creation. Strong communication skills—including active listening, collaborative problem-solving, and emotional intelligence—are essential. The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, thorough in executing design assets, and proficient in visualizing and communicating ideas effectively
As an Apparel Designer in Women's Golf, you'll design innovative apparel products under the guidance of design management, utilizing your skills to create original designs that reflect the brand's philosophy. You'll effectively communicate and present concepts within the Women's Tennis organization
You'll oversee prototype development, collaborating with teams in development, pattern making, materials, lab testing, and sampling to exchange ideas and ensure timely project completion. This role requires strong teamwork to meet deadlines, ensure design feasibility, achieve target price points, and clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or a related design field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in apparel/fashion design
Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture
Strong research and analytical skills to identify trends across sport, youth, and culture, with the ability to translate insights into product opportunities
Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and compelling visual storytelling in presentations and communications
Adaptability to change and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Proficiency in sketching, illustration, typography, print and pattern, color theory, and layout
Knowledge of apparel product creation
Digital design skills in Adobe CC Suite and familiarity with 3D Digital Creation Tools (e.g., CLO)
Ability to embrace diverse perspectives while fostering an inclusive environment
Passion for empowering athletes and bringing their visions to life
