Wound Care Business Development Partner (Commission Only – Remote)
SpringCare is a growing medical practice expanding its wound care services, seeking a motivated Business Development Partner to establish partnerships with healthcare facilities. The role focuses on business development and relationship building, rather than patient care or clinical services.

Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential partner facilities (home health agencies, SNFs, ALFs, clinics)
Schedule and attend introductory meetings with administrators and decision-makers
Present our wound care service offerings
Assist with partnership agreement execution
Support onboarding and workflow coordination
Track outreach and contracts using simple CRM or spreadsheet
Maintain professional relationships with partner facilities
Qualification
Required
Experience in healthcare sales, medical marketing, or business development preferred
Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building
Strong communication and professionalism
Organized and self-motivated
Familiarity with healthcare facilities is a plus
Ability to work independently
Must follow HIPAA and compliance guidelines
