Clemco Industries Corp. is seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator/Application Developer. This role involves providing technical support as the primary Help Desk Technician and administering key server systems to ensure availability while also engaging in application development and reporting.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for all end-user help desk support issues
Install and configure new PC’s, Raspberry Pi’s and printers
Create user accounts and manage network access
Perform management and maintenance to Microsoft 365 environment
Manage Active Directory and network infrastructure
Monitor and maintain cybersecurity solutions
Verify backup strategies and restore data as needed
Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets
Develop and maintain business intelligence reports using our BI tools
Implement ERP customizations and enhancements to support business processes

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Three to five years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of two years of hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting
Working Knowledge of Active Directory
Strong understanding of Windows desktop and Server operating systems
Familiarity with virtual server environments
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Basic networking knowledge
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Report writing experience using a BI tool
Experience with SQL, C# or similar language

Preferred

Experience working with Infor SyteLine ERP system or similar is a plus
