Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user help desk support and technical issues

Install, configure, and maintain PCs, Raspberry Pi devices, printers, and related equipment

Create and manage user accounts and network access

Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment

Manage Active Directory and support network infrastructure

Monitor and support cybersecurity tools and best practices

Configure and manage office phone system users and settings

Verify backup strategies and perform data restores as needed

Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets

Partner with the IT team on system improvements, standard work, documentation, and projects

Contribute ideas to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience across our IT systems

Required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience

Working knowledge of Active Directory

Strong understanding of Windows desktop and server operating systems

Familiarity with virtual server environments

Solid hardware and software troubleshooting skills

Basic networking knowledge

Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies

Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and across departments

Excellent organization and follow-through

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
