Responsibilities

A review document evaluating the current architecture and automation processes against key requirements

A document detailing recommended improvements to the architecture and/or processes

Agile features, stories, and required resources to implement identified improvements

Vendor will: Evaluate the current MQ architecture and processes against the following key requirements: 99.99% availability, Ability to process 3000 transactions per second, Ability to support end-to-end transactions from Sending DI to Beneficiary DI and back within 20 sec timeout, 24/7 transaction processing without maintenance windows, Ability to perform non-disruptive rehydrations of the MQ environment while transactions are processing

Create a document detailing recommended improvements to the architecture and processes to meet above requirements

Recommended improvements should include high-level designs

Develop features and stories to implement identified improvements. These plans should include resources and high-level estimates of effort required
