Human Resources Business Partner

LHH is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to corporate headquarters employees, drive community relations, and enhance employee engagement. The role includes leading initiatives for employee engagement, managing community partnerships, and supporting HR functions such as recruitment and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives aligned with servant leadership principles to strengthen community and employee engagement
Manage sponsorship requests and community partnerships, including administrative tasks and stakeholder coordination
Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs, including talent management and employee development strategies
Analyze contribution reports (budget, history, audits), summarize findings, and provide recommendations
Lead HR and special projects, including employee development, recognition, and service programs
Support HRIS functionality, HR documentation, personnel files, and employee directories
Serve as an HR expert, cross-train with team members, and address employee inquiries
Conduct full-service recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, relocation (including expatriate assignments), and development
Assist with terminations, resignations, documentation, and exit interviews

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience
