Responsibilities
Manage weekly payroll for multi-state employees (salary, hourly, commission) using ADP
Support core HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
Assist with union audits and ensure compliance with labor agreements
Lead open enrollment and benefits audits
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of payroll experience in ADP
Preferred
Experience with multi-state payroll and union environments
