Responsibilities
Analyze customer service reliability data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement
Translate complex datasets into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations
Create reports, analyses, and presentations that inform operational and customer experience decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams to support investigations, prioritization, and improvement efforts
Contribute to initiatives that improve service quality, reduce customer friction, and strengthen reliability outcomes
Analyze external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management
Qualification
Required
Experience: Business analysis or related experience: 2 years or more
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills: Proficiency with core business and analytical tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
Abilities: Proven ability to identify core business problems from incomplete or ambiguous data
Abilities: Strong ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex insights for diverse audiences
Abilities: Effective prioritization and organization in a changing, deadline-driven environment
