Responsibilities
Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including but not limited to air travel, car rentals, cruises, hotels, event tickets, and activities
Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized travel recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors
Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Stay informed on industry trends, travel policies, and procedures
Complete all required certifications in a timely manner
Participate in ongoing training provided by our company and travel partners
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States, Australia, or Mexico
Must have access to a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet connectivity
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to recommend travel and event options based on client interests and needs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computers and internet-based applications
Preferred
Personal travel experience is a plus, but not required
