Responsibilities
Utilizes a proven system of selling with supportive marketing material
Develops and implements plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities for assigned customers in territory
Works with small businesses, dealer networks and regional managers of large worldwide fleets to ensure the customers’ needs are met
Plans and manages client accounts
Introduces new products and updates to client base
Develops and builds long-term value-based relationships
Focuses on prospecting to grow the business
Travels to cover area of responsibility effectively
Regular attendance is an essential function of the position
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED, with 2+ years' related experience required
Valid Driver's License Required
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of organization
Ability to learn new product types
Ability to develop relationships and work professionally with new and established partners
Background and working knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts required
Demonstrates exceptional communication skills
Preferred
Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred
3+ years of experience
