Diagnose and correct software and hardware problems
Provide network troubleshooting and identification of connectivity problems
Isolate sources of network faults to specific hardware products, network cabling, and network connections
Make changes to the network in accordance with established change control procedures
Be the 1st line of defense for any network issue/outage/rollout/upgrades globally
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Cisco Troubleshooting and supporting a global complex environment
On-call rotation participation
Ability to handle high exposure incidents under pressure
Experience working with routers and switching for configurations, implementations, upgrades
Understanding of scripting for automation
Familiarity with APIs / Infrastructure as Code
Diagnosis and correction of software and hardware problems
Network troubleshooting and identification of connectivity problems
Isolation of network faults to specific hardware products, network cabling, and network connections
Adherence to established change control procedures
Well versed with Cisco Routing/Switching, configuration and deployments
Ability to work on-site 4 days a week
Great Communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Preferred
CCNA/CCNP certification
