Responsibilities
Identify, document, and resolve safety concerns
Support projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities that eliminate waste and improves safety, quality, and productivity
Assist in the development, improvement, and standardization of production processes
Assist in the qualification of new processes and equipment
Develop training material and implement/oversee process-related training of operators
Document and implement process changes through the ECN system
Serve as the next level of engineering response to production issues, after junior-level escalation or absence
Advise on the deposition of non-conforming material and root-cause analysis
Lead small to mid-scale yield, equipment, and qualification projects
Qualification
Required
BS in relevant engineering field required
Demonstrated skills and abilities in all responsibilities required of junior process engineers
