Follow up relentlessly using structured cadences inside HubSpot CRM
Hit daily activity targets and crush weekly conversion goals

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call centers, or high-volume phone sales
Strong objection-handling skills and comfort asking for commitment
Competitive mindset — you like metrics, leaderboards, and being the best
Coachable, disciplined, and consistent
Comfortable working in a structured sales process with accountability
Telemarketing: 3 years (Required)
Preferred
Home services, construction, or remodeling sales experience
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Familiarity with consultative selling frameworks
