2026 Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

Assist with full‑cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Support onboarding processes by preparing new‑hire materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth transitions for new employees
Maintain employee records and help update HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Participate in HR projects such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and trends to support team initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred

Familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus
