Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and resolving customer technical cable and video service issues, including repair, billing, and accounts
Using patience and effective communication skills to uncover customer needs and answer questions
Noting actions taken and recording customer service histories in full
Providing over-the-phone internet and phone support and repair services to keep people connected
Using advanced diagnostic tools to address technical inquiries and assist customers with fixes
Bringing in additional internal support and field technicians when necessary to resolve issues

Required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience
Experience: 6+ months working with computers and software applications
