Responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert on Shaw, the Account Servicing application
Act as a strategic partner and liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff
Document business processes, standard operating procedures, and project status
Responsible for managing own workflow and meeting deadlines while responding to frequent demands of multiple customers
Conduct periodic audits to identify potential issues as well as opportunities for continual improvement
Recommend changes to management in support of organizational goals and objectives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within the auto finance and/or finance industry is required
Extensive experience with servicing applications is required; experience with the Shaw Systems Collections and Retail applications is a plus
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities
Ability to interface with multiple users across the organization and effectively manage reporting requirements from start to finish
Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growth oriented environment with regularly changing priorities and developing opportunities
Sound knowledge of SQL and data extraction methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
