Responsibilities
Customer product data analysis
Analyze a company's operations, identify problems, and recommend solutions to enhance performance and drive growth
Conduct interviews, observing procedures, and analyze data to understand the current situation and identify areas for improvement
Interpret information, pinpoint weaknesses, and develop solutions or alternative approaches to problems
Develop sign new systems and procedures, conduct work simplification studies, and prepare operation manuals for smooth and effective operation
Develop training materials and procedures to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or changes
Overview supply chains, optimize production process, and improving inventory control
Overview financial and operational data to inform strategic decision-making and ensure the organization's goals are met
Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions
Oversee installation, operation, maintenance to ensure that machine or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications
Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis
Recommend purchase of storage equipment and design area layout to locate equipment in space available
Train, resolve MES and ERP operating problem, maintain up-to-date data as per customers requirement
