They are seeking an Entry Level Remote Recruiter to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, assist in filling positions, and conduct candidate screenings and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
Conduct reference checks on candidates

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
