They are seeking a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and oversee web-based games and gaming platforms, ensuring high-quality code and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Python

Develop modern frontend applications using contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks

Design and consume RESTful and real-time APIs, with a strong understanding of HTTP, WebSockets, and related web protocols

Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to solve performance-critical problems

Identify and proactively address technical debt

Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and review processes

Perform thorough code reviews with an emphasis on clarity, correctness, performance, and maintainability

Advocate for and implement best practices around: Version control and branching strategies, Automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), Documentation and knowledge sharing

Contribute to and review Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform

Collaborate on cloud-based architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows

Ensure systems are observable, reliable, and operable in production environment

Act as a senior technical resource for the engineering team

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pairing, reviews, and technical guidance

Help engineers grow their skills in system design, debugging, and professional software practices

Model strong engineering judgment, communication, and ownership
