Responsibilities
Originate investment loans across:
1–4 unit investor properties
Small-to-mid-size multifamily assets
Select commercial properties
Work inbound investor and broker leads
Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, investors, and operators
Make 75–100 calls per day
Structure and qualify deals that align with our credit box
Manage deals from first conversation through closing
Hit weekly activity targets and monthly production goals
Qualification
Required
Strong sales mindset with comfort on the phone
Competitive, disciplined, and self-motivated
Coachable and accountable
Motivated by commission and performance-based upside
Lending or real estate experience is a plus, but not required for the right salesperson
