Program Analyst (FAA / AT / NAS) Programs
Avyon Consulting Group Inc. is seeking experienced Program Analysts to support Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Organization (ATO) and National Airspace System (NAS) programs. This role involves analyzing program data, tracking schedules and budgets, identifying risks, and producing decision-ready reports for leadership.

Responsibilities
Analyze and report on program and project data to support FAA decision-making
Build, maintain, and analyze program schedules and budgets
Generate program and project status reports, cost and schedule indicators, and trend analyses
Perform critical path analysis and recommend schedule optimizations
Develop weekly and monthly reports on business and program performance metrics
Identify emerging program risks and trends and brief management accordingly
Support cost estimates and procurement-related analysis
Develop or improve business systems and processes based on program requirements
Apply cost-benefit analysis and quantitative methods to support management decisions
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word at an advanced level
Support government contracts and comply with FAA program governance requirements
Act independently or as part of an integrated program team
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting government contracts (FAA experience strongly preferred)
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Ability to analyze schedules, budgets, and performance data
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS), OR Associate's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or High School diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience
