Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one coaching and consulting to high-net-worth business owners and executives
Analyze business challenges and develop actionable, results-driven strategies
Support clients in scaling revenue, improving operations, and strengthening their leadership
Conduct high-level business assessments, growth plans, and performance reviews
Facilitate workshops, mastermind sessions, or group coaching calls as needed
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with elite clientele
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and premium client experience at all times
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Coach, Business Consultant, Advisor, or similar role
Strong background in business strategy, operations, growth planning, or leadership development
Demonstrated success working with CEOs, founders, or high-income clients
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to simplify complex business issues and provide clear, actionable solutions
Motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with high-achieving professionals
