Be the example by personally generating 5+ membership tours while converting 3+ memberships daily
Train, develop, and hold your sales team accountable to exceed all minimum sales requirements & club objectives
Always have a clean, friendly, & well-maintained facility maintaining a Google rating of 4.0+

Required

Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness industry
Passion for health and fitness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work nights and weekends (typically Saturday mornings)
Locations near Dallas, TX 75206 (Required)
DFW area: Relocate before starting work (Required)
