Multifamily Structured Transaction Manager
Fannie Mae is foundational to housing finance, helping to expand access to homeownership and affordable rental housing across the country. The Multifamily Structured Transaction Manager will advise on customer network development and support customer engagement while managing operational activities for the team.

Responsibilities
Manage sales, structuring, and negotiation of Fannie Mae’s Structured Transactions-including Credit Facilities and Bulk Deliveries-across all multifamily product types (conventional, affordable, manufactured housing, military, student and seniors housing)
Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding the promotion, sale, and service of Fannie Mae's Structured products
Cultivate strong partnerships with Multifamily property owners and DUS lenders by developing tailored and adaptable financing strategies that address clients’ unique needs, all while consistently delivering the highest level of customer service
Qualification
Required
6 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)
Strong understanding of Fannie Mae's Multifamily products and DUS/GSE underwriting guidelines
Demonstrated knowledge or the desire to learn the nuances of Fannie Mae's Multifamily Structured Transactions
Proven ability to structure complex deals involving multiple layers of Multifamily housing finance products
