Qualification
Required
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to address issues and identify solutions
Experience with fostering long-term client relationships
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and thrive in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Proficiency in using CRM tools and customer support platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
