This role involves managing a full caseload of personal injury matters, advocating for injured clients, and achieving favorable outcomes through negotiation or litigation when necessary.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, wrongful death, and general negligence claims

Conduct client consultations and provide clear legal guidance throughout the case lifecycle

Investigate claims, gather evidence, and evaluate liability and damages

Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands

Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel

Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials as needed

Maintain accurate case documentation and comply with all deadlines

Collaborate with legal staff and other attorneys to ensure excellent client service
