Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
Assist customers with adding policies, and answering questions
Conduct data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their inquiries or policies
Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
Qualification
Required
Property Casualty, Life & Health or 3 years direct sales or customer experience is required
Proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficient in data entry and computer systems
Ability to handle outbound calling and upselling effectively
High Integrity
Positive Attitude
Associate (Required)
Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
Preferred
Sales experience is a plus
Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
