Managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates
Working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Onboarding new hires and assisting in their training to ensure smooth integration into their roles
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with the ability to source top talent
Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to effectively assess and engage candidates
Experience in Training and onboarding new hires
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management abilities
Customer service and phone skills needed
Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment and maintain productivity
Preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus
