Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models using Excel to project cash flows, returns, and sensitivities for commercial real estate investments

Conduct due diligence and underwriting for potential acquisitions, developments, and dispositions of commercial real estate properties

Prepare investment memos and reports to communicate the investment rationale, risks, and recommendations to senior management, lenders, and clients

Prepare investor communications including quarterly reports, capital calls, and sale summaries

Lead the collection and communication of due diligence information to potential lenders for the purposes of obtaining debt

Track and complete debt compliance reporting to lenders

Assist in reviewing financial statements of potential clients and existing tenants

Contribute to the closing of commercial real estate transactions

Monitor and update the performance and status of the existing commercial real estate portfolio
