Responsibilities
Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with company objectives and customer needs
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers across multiple product lines or platforms
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive end-to-end product execution
Define and track success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) related to product adoption, engagement, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction
Drive prioritization decisions by balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity
Serve as the voice of the customer by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights, user research, and market analysis
Oversee product discovery and delivery processes, ensuring clear requirements, strong execution, and on-time releases
Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and progress effectively to executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders
Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, and opportunities across a complex stakeholder environment
Champion a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the product organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of product management experience, including several years in people leadership roles
Proven experience owning and scaling complex digital products in a B2B, B2C, or SaaS environment
Strong ability to translate business strategy and customer needs into clear product roadmaps and requirements
Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies and modern software delivery practices
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience managing platform or enterprise-scale products with multiple customer segments
Background working closely with engineering leaders on technically complex products
Demonstrated success driving measurable business outcomes through product initiatives
Experience leading product teams in remote or hybrid environments
