Finalizing song acceptance with the owner/team
Selling artists on working with us
Answer contract and marketing related questions for artists
Recruit new artists and re-engage artists we have worked with
Qualification
Required
Heavy interest in melodic EDM with a pop edge
Love discovering new music
Ability to give feedback to artists without demeaning them
Basic understanding of sub-genres like Future House, Future Bass, Progressive House, Hyperpop, etc
Basic understanding of sales techniques like asking questions and overcoming objections
Basic understanding of music production terms to better communicate with artists
